Refund requests

For a refund request on any course or program, email artofthe@thequestforsuccess.com with the subject “Refund request,” and include your name, the product, and your purchase date. Chet reviews every request personally and will reply by email.

FIRST CLASS subscriptions

To cancel an agent seat or a dealership subscription, email the same address. Access for a cancelled seat ends on the agreed date.
