This page explains what information Quest for Success, Chet Reddrick’s sales training business, receives through this website and the services it links to.

What we receive

• Email signups (free guide, webinar, The Closing Edge newsletter, FIRST CLASS interest list): the details you enter on the form, typically your name and email address. These forms are hosted by MailerLite.
• Course purchases and student accounts: handled by our course platform (LearnWorlds) and checkout providers (MailerLite checkout and Stripe). Card details are entered on those providers’ pages, not on this website.
• Bookings: if you book an assessment, Calendly collects the details you enter.
• Email: if you email us, we receive your message and address.

How we use it

To send what you asked for, deliver courses and the FIRST CLASS Companion app, respond to inquiries, and send emails you signed up for. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Third-party services

The services above, plus our website host (Netlify) and Google Fonts, process information under their own privacy policies.

Your choices

Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. To ask about, correct, or delete information we hold, email us at the address below.
